Boiled eggs

I had asked my grandmother if she like the food at the managed care home where she lives.
"It's pretty good, but I don't like the scrambled eggs. They boil them." was her reply. I mentioned this at Thanksgiving dinner and the consensus was that no one had ever tried to boil a scrambled egg. So I took the culinary challenge and decided to boil a scrambled egg.

1. Start with boiling water.

2. Next you need an egg.

3. Scramble egg in bowl and then when the water is a rolling boil. Drop in. Viola, instant cooked scrambled eggs.

4. Drain!

Denise and I had a bite with salt and pepper, and Picasso yummed up the rest. They were not bad. If you had to cook forty or so eggs at a time. This would be a good way to do it. They do come out a little watery.
